We all know Parks is known for his big riding spectacle with the boots on, but lately he has been spending more time honing his skate skills with the Phriction plank. Parks likes the ride of Byerly's new concave and kicktail, but prefers the feel of grip tape and wood laminates. A non-machined wood skate helps prevent the chances of unwanted delamination and warping. A 3-board series made from a 9-ply laminate found in our Scape series, and then bonded to a hard durometer EVA for a more durable interpretation. The Phriction series is the perfect mix for riders that want performance from a high-end skate without the high-end price.
